Answer: 
(1) Perform a check before the first start.

    1) Confirm that the installation and piping of the compressor meet all requirements.

    2) Confirm that the power supply wiring is correct and connect the ground wire.

    3) Loosen the transport fixing bolts on the anti-vibration table, support frame or motor.

    4) Check whether the oil level in the oil and gas barrel is at the specified oil level.

    5) Add about 0.5 liters of lubricating oil to the air inlet valve and turn the air compressor by hand for several turns to prevent oil loss and burning in the air compressor during startup. Pay special attention to not letting foreign objects fall into the compressor body to avoid damaging the compressor.

    6) Supply power to the compressor control panel. If the power phase does not match, the LCD screen will display the message "Power phase sequence error". At this time, just cut off the power supply and swap any two phases of the power line. Test whether the main voltage is correct and whether the three-phase voltage is balanced.

    7) Open the compressor air outlet and confirm that all drain valves in the unit are closed. For water-cooled models, open the cooling water inlet and outlet valves.

    8) Start the supporting equipment, such as dryers, cooling towers, etc., and confirm that they are operating normally.

(2) Rotation test. Press the "ON" button, the compressor will rotate, and immediately press the "Emergency Stop Button" to confirm the compressor rotation. Please refer to the arrow on the compressor body for the correct rotation. The cooling fan also needs to pay attention to the rotation. Although the compressor has been tested during the production process, the rotation test is still an important step in the commissioning of a new machine.

(3) Start. Press the "ON" button again to start the compressor. First, perform a no-load test of the air compressor and then a load test.

(4) Observe whether the display instrument and indicator light are normal. If there is any abnormal sound, vibration, or leakage, immediately press the "Emergency Stop Button" to stop the machine for inspection.

(5) Adjust the operating temperature. After the compressor has been running for 40 minutes, adjust the return valve opening to control the heavy vehicle exhaust temperature around  (no adjustment is required for air-cooled type). When adjusting, gradually reduce the return valve opening, and adjust the opening again after the compressor exhaust temperature reacts.

(6) Stop. Press the "OFF" button and the compressor will stop running after a delay of 15 seconds.

(7) Check the pressure switch unloading and load pressure setting value. Determine whether to conduct performance and efficiency tests of the air compressor according to the trial operation plan.

(8) The air compressor is put into continuous operation for no less than 4 hours, and there is no abnormality in operation.
